About Our General Manager

General Manager Robert Locke, Jr began his restaurant career at the age of 14 in Boston at the Chateau Restaurant, which at the time was one of the busiest Restaurants in the Country. He moved to NYC when he was 21 to begin an Acting career.

Over the past 20 years has split his time between Restaurants and Acting or Producing Theatre and Film. He began as a Waiter at Lindy’s across the street from Radio City Music Hall, at the Broadway Diner, as a Bartender at Red Eye Grill, and began Managing in 1996 at Texas Grill on 48th & Broadway.

His last management position in NYC was at TGIF in Times Square. Most recently he Managed The Eltorito Grill in the Sherman Oaks Galleria Mall.
